How is the service charged?

After Moster provides the service, you will be charged the total amount by payment card based on the price of Moster's working hours, duration of work and additional costs. Regardless of whether the work is done in 1 minute or 59 minutes, the service will be charged in the amount of one working hour set by Moster. After that, each subsequent hour is divided into quarters, that is, 15 minutes.


In which cities is MostApp currently active?

MostApp is currently in Belgrade and Novi Sad. Soon it will start working in Pancevo and Subotica.

What does Top Moster bedz mean?

Bedz Top Moster indicates that Moster has achieved a high number of jobs performed with an average score of 4.9 or 5.

Is the estimated time a definite amount of how much I will be charged?


No. We require Moster to strive to provide as accurate an estimate of the time as possible, but sometimes the space in which it operates, the situation encountered on the spot but also the unpredictability of the intervention determination is the reason why the service will last shorter or longer than the estimated time. The good news for you is that you will always only be charged for as long as it actually lasted, less, equal to or more than the reserved amount.

Does MostApp store payment card information?

MostApp does not store complete payment card numbers (PANs), security codes (CVW/CVC) or other sensitive card data. The card information is entered directly on the secure page of the certified payment processor ChipCard a.d. Belgrade does not go through the MostApp system in its raw form. MostApp may store exclusively limited technical data provided by the payment processor, such as the tokenized card identifier, the last 4 digits of the card and the expiration date, solely for the purpose of transaction identification and customer support.

How is payment data protected and where is it processed?

All payments are processed exclusively within ChipCard's secure system, with the implementation of SSL/TLS encryption, PKI infrastructure and modern cryptographic technologies, in accordance with relevant security standards and PCI-DSS practices. MostApp does not have access to the user's sensitive financial data and only obtains limited information about the transaction, such as status, amount, date, and technical identifiers required for the record.

Moster is more than 15 minutes late or does not respond to messages in the chat?

We are all aware of the crowds in big cities, so delays are sometimes inevitable. If Moster informs you in good time about the justified reasons for the delay, it is up to you to decide whether you want to wait for Moster or to contact customer support and request a new Moster.
In the event that Moster does not respond to messages or is more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, you need to contact our customer support. We will try to provide a second Moster as soon as possible, and the reserved funds will be released as soon as possible.

Can I cancel the service?

You can cancel the scheduled service up to 2 hours before the start of the scheduled intervention without monetary compensation. If you decide to cancel it less than 2 hours before the start of the intervention, the account will be debited for the amount corresponding to the cost of one working hour of Mostera.


Can Moster cancel the service?

The scheduled service can be canceled by Moster up to 2 hours before the start of the scheduled intervention with the information provided for the reason for the cancellation.

Does MostApp charge a service fee?

Yes. MostApp charges a service fee of 440 RSD per completed task.The fee is calculated automatically in accordance with the applicable Terms of Use.

Ratings and reviews of Mostera?

Our idea is to create a fair market for all parties. Your rating and comment may not seem too important to you, but it will help to create a transparent and healthy competition among Mosters. They will strive to earn a high mark with their quality, responsibility and manners. As a consequence, choosing Moster will be much easier for you and future users.

Can I schedule multiple Mosters for the same job?

Unfortunately, at the moment there is no such possibility. Certain jobs require more than one person, so some Mosters have their own assistants who are fully verified by the MostApp recruitment team. In this case, Moster and MostApp customer support will contact you in a timely manner and inform you that you can expect more than one person to help solve the problem.

Why is it important to pay exclusively through the Most App app?

In our company, customer experience and satisfaction come first. Customer support is always there for you if the service does not meet your expectations. If you decide to make a payment outside the application, please note that our company disclaims any guarantee for the performance of the contracted work. 
You also jeopardize the business cooperation between Moster and our company, with the risk that in the future you will be denied access to and use of the MostApp application.

Does Most App guarantee the quality of the work performed?

Due to the variety and complexity of the work, our company is not able to guarantee the quality of the work performed by Mosteri, as we only mediate in connecting users and Moster through the application.


We guarantee, however, that each of our Moster is verified and checked by the MostApp recruitment team, and our customer support will make sure that any possible user dissatisfaction is resolved as soon as possible.

We advise you to carefully review all available Mosters, read their descriptions in detail and communicate all important details in advance before making a decision on choosing a Moster. User ratings and comments can significantly help you in choosing the right Moster to do the job.

Also, keep in mind that both professional Mosters are available on MostApp, as well as hobbyists who have the knowledge and experience to perform certain household chores.

Why are my funds reserved from my account?

When you schedule a service, Moster will estimate the duration of the service. Accordingly, funds in this amount will be reserved from your account. Your funds will not be charged until the service is performed. It is also important to note that the final amount to be charged will be defined only when Moster completes the work according to the duration of the service, possible breaks and additional costs if any.

What if I was booked for a larger amount and later charged a smaller amount?

When the Moster finishes the service, if the actual execution time is shorter than originally estimated, only the corresponding amount will be charged. The rest of the reserved funds will be automatically released and returned to your account. The refund time depends on your bank's policy and may vary.

Note: Banks often do not send a notice of the release of reserved funds, so it may act as if the money was not returned. We recommend that you check your account balance.

Is Most Application DOO Belgrade a VAT payer?

Yes. Most Application DOO Belgrade is a payer of value added tax (VAT) in accordance with the Law on Value Added Tax of the Republic of Serbia. All prices of services and products are stated in accordance with the current tax regulations of the Republic of Serbia.

Is it possible to activate a pause during engagement on a task?

Yes. During the period in which the master is engaged in the task, it is possible to activate the pause option.Break refers to a specific task and the engagement period, and by activating the paid break option, a fee of 1000 RSD per activation is calculated.

How does a break during a task work?
