How is the service charged?

After Moster provides the service, you will be charged the total amount via your payment card, based on the price of Moster’s hourly rate, the duration of the work, and any additional costs. Regardless of whether the work takes 1 minute or 59 minutes, the service will be charged as one full working hour. Each subsequent hour is divided into 15-minute increments.

Moster is more than 15 minutes late or does not respond to messages in the chat?

We understand that delays may happen, especially in busy cities. If Moster informs you in advance about the delay, it's up to you whether you choose to wait or contact customer support to request a new Moster. If Moster is more than 15 minutes late without prior notice or fails to respond to messages, please contact our customer support. We will arrange for a replacement Moster and ensure that any reserved funds are released as quickly as possible.

Can I cancel the service?

You can cancel the scheduled service up to 2 hours before the start of the intervention without incurring any charges. If you cancel less than 2 hours before the scheduled start time, your account will be charged for one full working hour of Moster’s time.

Moster is more than 15 minutes late or does not respond to messages in the chat?

We are all aware of the crowds in big cities, so delays are sometimes inevitable. If Moster informs you in good time about the justified reasons for the delay, it is up to you to decide whether you want to wait for Moster or to contact customer support and request a new Moster.
In the event that Moster does not respond to messages or is more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, you need to contact our customer support. We will try to provide a second Moster as soon as possible, and the reserved funds will be released as soon as possible.

Yes, Moster can cancel the scheduled service up to 2 hours before the start of the intervention, with a provided reason for the cancellation.

Can I schedule multiple Mosters for the same job?

Currently, the platform does not support scheduling multiple Mosters for the same task. However, if a job requires more than one person, Moster will have fully verified assistants arranged by the MostApp recruitment team. In such cases, Moster and customer support will inform you in advance about the additional help.

Why is it important to pay exclusively through the Most App app?

Customer experience and satisfaction are our priorities. If you choose to make a payment outside the app, our company cannot guarantee the performance of the contracted work. This could also jeopardize your business relationship with Moster, and you may risk being denied future access to the MostApp platform.

Does Most App guarantee the quality of the work performed?

Due to the variety and complexity of tasks, MostApp cannot guarantee the quality of work performed by Mosters. However, we ensure that each Moster is verified and vetted by our recruitment team. Our customer support is always available to resolve any dissatisfaction you may have.‍We recommend carefully reviewing each Moster’s profile, reading their descriptions, and discussing all relevant details before making a decision. User ratings and reviews can help you select the right Moster for the job. MostApp offers both professional Mosters and hobbyists with the necessary skills and experience for various household tasks.

Why are my funds reserved from my account?

When you schedule a service, Moster will estimate the duration of the service. Accordingly, funds in this amount will be reserved from your account. Your funds will not be charged until the service is performed. It is also important to note that the final amount to be charged will be defined only when Moster completes the work according to the duration of the service, possible breaks and additional costs if any.

Is the estimated time a definite amount of how much I will be charged?


It's not. We require Moster to strive to provide as accurate an estimate of the time as possible, but sometimes the space in which it operates, the situation encountered on the spot but also the unpredictability of the intervention determination is the reason why the service will last shorter or longer than the estimated time. The good news for you is that you will always only be charged for as long as it actually lasted, less, equal to or more than the reserved amount.


What if I was booked for a larger amount and later charged a smaller amount?

When the Moster finishes the service, if the actual execution time is shorter than originally estimated, only the corresponding amount will be charged. The rest of the reserved funds will be automatically released and returned to your account. The refund time depends on your bank's policy and may vary.

Note:Banks often do not send a notice of the release of reserved funds, so it can act as if the money was not returned. We recommend that you check your account balance.
