How long does the application process take?

The application process takes no more than 1 minute. When registering, you need to enter valid data. After that, our team will contact you to schedule an interview where we will introduce you to the work of MostApp.

Are there any restrictions for working in MostApp?

Yes, you must have a minimum of 18 years of age and working capacity to perform services with high quality. You can own a registered company for a given activity, and you can also be an enthusiastic individual who wants to perform tasks with quality. Also, a security check and assessment is something our legal team will do before establishing cooperation.

How long does it take to process my application?

We usually process an application in less than 5 working days from the date of application, unless we are facing a large number of applications during employment campaigns. Your availability via contact phone and email address is essential in order for us to contact you.

How does the MostApp mobile app work?

On MostApp, users search Mosters in their environment for different categories. Mosters set their availability and area of operation to provide customer service.

Where does MostApp operate?

The company Most Application DOO Belgrade currently operates in the territory of the city of Belgrade and Novi Sad in the Republic of Serbia, and we plan to expand to more cities and countries in the surrounding area in the future. Pancevo and Subotica soon.

In what categories can I provide services?

You can provide services in different categories using the skills you possess. You can find the list of categories in the MostApp application. Download the app and check the available categories!

How do I charge for my service?

After you provide the service, the customer will be charged the total amount via the payment card based on your hourly rate, duration of work and additional costs. Regardless of whether the work is done in 1 minute or 59 minutes, the service will be charged in the amount of one working hour set by Moster. After that, each subsequent hour is divided into quarters, that is, 15 minutes. The amount earned per defined billing period will be paid to Moster.

Why is it important that the payment is exclusively through the MostApp application?

In our company, customer experience and satisfaction come first. Customer support is always there for you if something doesn't go according to plan. If the user offers to pay you outside the application, you are obliged to kindly thank and inform the sample support after the task.

If you decide to make a payment outside the application, please note that our company disclaims any guarantee for the performance of the contracted work. You also jeopardize the business cooperation between you and our company, with the risk that in the future you will be denied access to and use of the MostApp application.

Do I need experience to work?

You can choose the categories in which you want to provide services using the skills you possess. For some categories it is not necessary to have previous experience, while for some categories it is necessary.

How do I get jobs?

After registering as Moster, you need to set up your availability, area of operation, cost of working hours, previous experience, brief facts and basic information so that users have insights and can book the provision of services.

Canceling or changing the term of the assignment?

You can cancel a scheduled service without penalty 2 hours before it starts. In case of unjustified cancellation of the scheduled service in the period after 2 hours before the start of the service, a penalty in the amount of the price of one working hour for the defined category is calculated.

The user is not at the address or does not respond to messages in the chat?

You need to contact our Moster Support.

Unpaid or paid break?

A break that is caused by objective reasons of Moster during the duration of the work, such as: lack of tools, lack of an agreed part or some unforeseen situation, is unpaid and is not charged to the user for the duration of the task. If there is a need to carry out the procurement of a particular part for the successful performance of the work, and the user agrees to the purchase, then the break is charged. Also, if the user has not provided fully relevant information, and the completion of the task requires leaving for a part or arriving at another time, the break is charged

Response and acceptance percentage?

It is in our common interest to have reliable Mostera. You may not be in a position to solve every problem, but it would be nice to make an effort to provide relevant information about your ability to solve a particular problem in the shortest possible time. Provided that the profile is properly edited and clearly indicated which services you provide, and perhaps more important information - which services you do not provide - it is important that your percentages do not fall below a certain number.

Is the estimated time a definite amount of how much I will be charged?

It's not. We require you to try to provide as accurate an estimate of the time as possible, but sometimes the space in which it is being worked, the situation found on the spot, but also the unpredictability of a particular intervention, is the reason why the service will last shorter or longer than the estimated time.

Are Mosters insured?
